SWAROVSKI OPTIK is implementing a new global computer system in August 2022. All repair facilities in Austria and the USA/Canada will be joined by one computer system which will significantly improve the service we provide to you.  This will have the following impact on our repair services. 

August 1 to September 1 - we will not be able to accept new repair orders, provide estimates or deliver repaired devices. No Service/Repair requests will be issued.
August 13 to September 6, 2022 – No packages will be received into our facility.  Do not send any repairs without receiving authorization.  
 
September 1, 2022 – our new My Service Repair system will be online at myservice.swarovskioptik.com Products will need to be registered first before requesting repair service. My Service Account set-up and product registration are can be done now.  However, repair service requests will only be available from September 1 onwards.

We ask for your patience during this transition period.  This is likely to increase repair time by several additional weeks.  Please plan accordingly.
