Consumers and Authorized Swarovski Optik Retailers located in the United States and Canada can now submit service requests for both SWAROVSKI OPTIK and KAHLES brand products, get an updated status of existing service orders and review service order history at your leisure! Just select "Register" from the menu to create an account. Once you've created an account, log in anytime to request service and review status or history.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a consumer located in Canada, your repair request will be answered personally by a member of the repair administration team on the next business day in order to provide you with special instructions and documentation to ensure a smooth border crossing of your product. 

After creating a service order, you will receive instructions regarding shipping your product to us. You will then receive e-mail alerts anytime the status of an existing service order changes. Just log in to your account to review.  If you do not receive an acknowledgement that your repair has been received in our Cranston RI facility in a timely manner, call (800) 426-3089, prompt 2.


Please note that warranty coverage is determined by the warranty assigned to the product at the time of purchase.  The SWAROVSKI OPTIK warranty policy covering product purchase in 2007 to current can be reviewed HERE.  The KAHLES warranty policy can be review HERE.  Please review the warranty card that came with your product if it was purchased prior to 2007.  Applicable warranties can be supplied upon request by serial number of product.
